We do our best to keep shipping charges as low as possible. Shipping is typically through USPS. You will receive tracking information once your package has shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. You can upgrade to express shipping upon your request and at an additional charge.
Custom and/or personalized orders will not be eligible for a refund. We are happy to work with you to fix any and all issues you may have with an item. We are here to make sure you are 100% satisfied
